Alloy Pipes & Fittings

In a process piping system, one fitting of the wrong grade or rating can become an expensive failure point. That is why alloy pipes and fittings must not be bought on diameter alone β€” schedule, material grade and standard (ASTM/ASME) must match the fluid's pressure and temperature.

We supply seamless and welded pipe, flanges, elbows, tees, reducers and butt-weld fittings in carbon, chrome-moly and stainless steel to international standards, with mill certificates.

Alloy pipe stacks and steel flange fittings for oil, gas and petrochemical use

Materials & standards we supply

  • Carbon steel β€” pipe ASTM A106 Gr.B / A53, fittings A234 WPB, flanges A105 for general and pressure service.
  • Chrome-moly (alloy) β€” A335 P5/P9/P11/P22 and fittings A234 WP5/WP11/WP22 for high temperature in boilers and refineries.
  • Stainless β€” pipe A312 TP304/316L and fittings A403 for corrosive service (see also stainless steel).
  • Flanges β€” WN, SO, blind, threaded in 150–2500# ratings and ANSI/DIN/JIS standards.
  • Butt-weld & threaded fittings β€” 45/90Β° elbows, tees, reducers, caps, couplings and nipples.

Sizes & schedules

Pipe Β½"–24" in SCH 10 to SCH 160 and XXS; flanges and fittings follow the same nominal sizes. We provide dimensional data, pressure ratings and standard tolerances to ease your engineering.

Applications by industry

Oil & gas: process lines, flowlines and utilities. Petrochemical: high-temperature lines in chrome-moly. Power plants: boiler and steam pipe. Manufacturing & utilities: water, air and steam lines. Delivery to fabrication hubs such as Batam and oil & gas Balikpapan.

Sourcing & lead time

Common carbon and stainless are stocked for 2–7 working-day delivery; alloy grades and large sizes are imported in 4–8 weeks. For project packages we consolidate pipe, flanges and fittings into one procurement.

Quality assurance

EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate and, on request, hydrotest report, PMI and NDT results for critical material.

Alloy Pipes & Fittings β€” Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between seamless and welded pipe, which do I need?
Seamless pipe has no weld line so it is more reliable for high pressure and temperature (process, boiler). Welded is more economical for general service and large diameters. State your operating conditions for a recommendation.
Do you supply chrome-moly grades for high temperature?
Yes. We supply A335 P5/P9/P11/P22 and matching fittings for high-temperature boiler and refinery lines, with mill certificates.
Can you provide hydrotest and NDT reports?
Yes, on request. For critical material we provide hydrotest reports, PMI and NDT results to suit your project inspection needs.
Can you consolidate pipe, flange and fitting supply?
Yes. For project packages we consolidate all piping items into one quote and shipment for efficiency.
