Sizes & shapes

AR plate is typically 6–60 mm in 2Γ—6 m / 2.5Γ—6 m sheets; CCO ranges 6+4 mm to 20+15 mm (base+overlay). We offer cutting (CNC plasma/gas), bending and drilling so plate arrives ready to install.

Mill certificates with hardness (HBW) and composition data are included; for CCO we provide overlay thickness and carbide-structure data.

How do I choose between AR400, AR500 and CCO?
AR400 for moderate abrasion, AR500 for heavy abrasion and impact, CCO for extreme abrasion (high friction without heavy impact). Send your bulk material type, particle size and operating conditions for a recommendation.
Can AR plate be welded and bent?
AR400/AR500 (through-hardened) plate can be welded and bent with proper preheat procedures. CCO can only be cut on the base and fixed by bolt/weld on its base, not bent across the overlay area.
Do you cut to drawing?
Yes. We provide CNC plasma/gas cutting, bending and drilling so plate arrives as ready-to-fit liners.
How much longer does it last than ordinary steel?
Depending on application, AR plate can last 3–5 times longer than mild steel, and CCO even longer in extreme abrasion β€” reducing replacement frequency and downtime.
