How do I choose between BW and SW membranes?

It depends on feed-water salinity. Brackish/well/municipal water uses lower-pressure brackish (BW) elements; seawater needs high-pressure seawater (SW) elements. Send your feed TDS data and we will recommend.

Do you supply antiscalant and cleaning chemicals?

Yes. We complement membrane sales with antiscalant, acid/alkaline cleaners and SBS for dechlorination to maximise membrane life.

What is the service life of an RO membrane?

Typically 3–5 years depending on pre-treatment quality, cleaning frequency and operating load. Proper pre-filtration significantly extends membrane life.

Are elements compatible with all vessels?

4040 and 8040 elements follow industry dimensional standards so they are generally cross-compatible across vessel brands. State your system brand if unsure.
